Huge mezzanine in creative warehouse

HI THERE, POTENTIAL NEW ROOMIE

We have a huge mezzanine room available in our North London warehouse.

Rent is £985 bills inc. + one month's rent needed to secure the room. Move-in date is 23th May.

We chip in an additional £15 PM for house kitty, which includes cleaning products, toilet paper etc.

Room is massive as far as bedrooms go, bright and airy with huge openable windows and comes unfurnished. In addition, we have shared storage spaces outside of the room in the communal hallway.

The warehouse features a large shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, bakers, dancers and shakers. This space is also used as a social space, for film nights, jam nights, music rehearsals and get-togethers of all sorts.

We have a large kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for hosting house dinners, friends and family dinners or drinks or games nights.

We are 10 people in total, all mid 20’s – late 30’s, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, lighting and sound designers, carpenters, bakers.

We certainly love a party, but we are not a ‘party house’ per se. We have some great systems in place to keep things clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who wants the same from their space.

Our 11th housemate is a new kitten, so with this in mind, we cannot accept any other pets. Maybe a hamster if you don't let the cat find out.

We are in the Fountayne Road area, so you're not just joining our house, you’re joining our wonderful wider community of creatives. We are also 5 mins from the Viccy line, which is a touch for the commuters amongst us.
