Hi There, I have a fully furnished single room available for rent in a privately shared household in the Haringey / Turnpike Lane areas. Zone 3 but only a short distance to Zone 2. The room available is on the 1st floor and is for single occupancy only. It is a quiet room and overlooks the garden. Available from the January 2020.

I'm looking for an established, respectful lodger who is looking for a 'home from home', who is friendly and house-proud and either busy studying or working and doesn't mind living with one other person, the Landlady (not myself but I am the co-owner of the property). The Landlady is a professional couture seamstress and likes to craft in her spare time. She likes to get on with her own thing or share an evening meal. Would also suit commuters looking for a room during the week. Not a party house. Sorry, no overnight guests as the room is too small.

Shared Kitchen, bathroom and other spaces. Don't mind smokers as long as they respect using designated smoking areas. Wifi available at no extra cost and utility bills are included.

Very close to many restaurants and shops on Green Lanes. Wood Green Shopping Centre is a short 15 minute walk and bus routes 41, 67, 230, 29, 141 and 341. Located in between Turnpike Lane station and Haringey Green Lanes station.
