2 Newly Redecorated, Bright Loft Rooms. Bills Inc.

Hi, I am Maria, a Londoner originally from Spain, looking for a chilled, joyful flatmate in North East London. I work in higher education, currently WFH. I'm also an intuitive coach and live a conscious, creative life. I love travelling, walking around the marshes and nature reserve nearby, swimming, cooking and sharing food with others.

There are two newly redecorated loft rooms available next to each other. I'm ok to rent them separately, although I'd be specially interested in having one person who's after a multifunctional space and may like to take both rooms to create their private work/living quarters on the top floor of a clean, calm, harmonious home with books and plants.

Above all, I'd love to find new interesting people with good energy and make new connections, get together occasionally around the kitchen table for a chat and a shared meal or drink, while also respecting each other's privacy. This is an inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly household.

About the two rooms available:

1) really quiet, bright double room, brand new carpet (3.47m x 3.10m). Furniture includes a double bed, brand new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and side table. £730 a month.

2) very spacious double loft room (5.29m x 2.91m). South facing, plenty of natural light - perfect particularly if you are looking for WFH space. It includes king size bed with bedside table, work station (desk and computer chair), two single wardrobes, chest of drawers, comfy chair. £750 a month.

The furniture can be rearranged, added or taken out according to your needs. Rent includes council tax, all bills and superfast wifi and can be negotiated down for single occupancy.

We will be sharing the bathroom and an spacious, well equipped kitchen, including a dinning table, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. I have my own fridge an you will have a brand new fridge / freezer and separate cupboard space. There is also a front garden with a veggie patch and outside space.

This is a quiet, very safe area in Stamford Hill / South Tottenham (N15) with off-street parking. SpareRoom Where to Live wizard describes it as "Multicultural / Underrated / Unpretentious / Well-connected."

Transport wise, Seven Sisters tube and train station is only a seven minute walk (Victoria line, and quick and easy access to Piccadilly line). South Tottenham Overground station is literally round the corner and there are many buses into East, North and Central London.

Local leafy parks, Lea river canal and nature reserve are only a short walk away, ideal for running, cycling, walking and enjoying nature.

Big Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda are all less than a ten minute walk away, with plenty of local shops just round the corner.
