Spacious friendly houseshare with garden

Unfortunately our housemate is moving out (to live with her partner), so we're looking for someone new to join our house share.

The Room

This decent sized room comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe, there is also plenty of room for a desk for anyone who needs to work from home. Note other furniture in the room belongs to the outgoing tenant and won't be staying.

The House

The house is very spacious. There is a large kitchen/dining/living room which opens out onto the garden. The kitchen has all the usual things including a dishwasher and loads of storage. There is also an additional living room downstairs which we usually use to dry laundry in.

You will share the main bathroom with two other housemates, it has a separate shower and bath and there is an additional downstairs toilet.

Street parking is available on our road, via a permit from Merton council.

The Housemates

You will be living with Bryony, Luke and me Michael, we all met through Spareroom. All work full time (9-5, a few days in the office, a few days from home).

You

We'd like someone who is clean and tidy to keep the house nice to live in - this is very much a home for us. We'd like someone female to maintain the balance in the house and is LGBT+ friendly. We do occasional house meals and we're often found in the kitchen together in the evenings so it would be great if you could get involved in spending time and cooking together.

The Location

The house is under 5 minutes walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern line) and around 15 minutes walk from Wimbledon station (District Line, National Rail and tram). There are lots of supermarkets, green spaces, pubs and gyms all within a short walk too.

Admin

There is a deposit of 5 week’s rent, bills are usually around £150 a month.
