(Mon-Fri) Cosy single room, furnished-garden view

A beautifully presented single bedroom perfect for a young professional to stay MONDAY-FRIDAY only to avoid lengthy commutes. With easy transport links nearby including Wimbledon train station (10 minutes walk) and South Wimbledon underground station (5 minutes walk). Additionally, there are tram links and bus links nearby.
The room is cosy but there is storage available and although the bathroom is shared, it is next to the room that is available for rental. There is a communal living area complete with a small front balcony, a reasonable sized Kitchen, and even a garden which your room overlooks. The house is always kept clean and tidy and as I work full time, I would ask that late at night, noise is kept to a minimum. Ideally looking for another female or male gay. The price includes WiFi, Utilities and council tax.
