Flatmate wanted for double room in lovely home

We're two female professionals working in emergency services looking for a new flatmate to join our home!
The Room:
- Double room
- Furnished with bed, bed side drawers, chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
The Flat:
- 3 bedroom flat
- Lovely balcony which gets the sun all afternoon
- Shared living room - perfect for relaxing after work
- Spacious, bright kitchen (with a dishwasher)
- 2 toilets and 1 bathroom (with a bath)
- Fully furnished with everything you need
- Well-connected and in a safe, convenient location
- Close walk to Colliers Wood tube, South Wimbledon tube, Haydons Road station and Wimbledon station.
- Merton council tax

About Us:
We're both in our late 20s, working shifts in emergency services. We enjoy catching up over a glass of wine, bingeing reality TV, or heading to the pub. That said, we also respect each other's space and value a calm, comfortable home. We like our home to be a relaxing space, so would prefer minimal WFH.

Looking For:
Someone friendly, clean, and considerate- ideally another professional who values a relaxed and respectful home environment.
