Hello we have 1 double room available in our large, friendly house share in South Wimbledon.

Housemates: A good mix of ages, genders and nationalities - We’re a mix of; 1 Spanish girl, 1 American girl & 1 Aussie guy. All working professionals - easy-going, sociable people that get along and enjoy the odd night out (or in).

Transport: Super convenient location! 3 Minutes walk to South Wimbledon tube Station (northern line) and 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Station with National Rail (eg 20 mins to Waterloo) and The District Line. There are also lots of buses and night bus that leave from Kingston Road.

House: Large 4 bedroom house. Spacious open plan lounge/dining space downstairs and big kitchen that opens on to the garden with BBQ to enjoy the sun. There are 2 separate bathrooms each with shower, bath & toilet.

Room: The room available is on the first floor with a bay window and lots of storage space. Rent for the room is £800.00 pcm not including bills. There is a £765.00 deposit that is held in a protection scheme.

Bills: These come to around £140.00 ppm and Includes Virgin TV & Internet with full sports & movies package and fast fibre broadband, utilities, council tax and TV Licence.

Local area: Several supermarkets and gyms within walking distance (Sainsburys local the closest- 5 mins from the house). Shops, pubs and lots of eateries on Wimbledon High Street which has a lot of life still. Haydens Road Park is about 10 minutes which is perfect for running and other outdoor activities, in the other direction you can reach Wimbledon Common & Richmond Park on foot or by bike.
