- Modern en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in rainfall shower

- Outdoor balcony with sofa and chairs
- Cleaner included every fortnight for communal areas
- All bills included (water, electricity, council tax, gas and Netflix subscription)
Location:
- 2 minutes walk from South Wimbledon Tube (Northern Line, Zone 3)
- 15 minutes walk from Wimbledon Station (Mainline rail and District Line, Zone 3)
- Excellent transport links – you can be in Victoria within half an hour!
- Close to all amenities: shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco within 2 minutes walk)
- Several gyms nearby and Wimbledon Theatre is visible from the balcony
About Us: We’re a friendly, professional couple who both work full-time and have a daughter Daisy, who's a few months old. We share an adorable 5-year-old cockapoo named Nelly, who is hypoallergenic and extremely friendly - but only with us a few days a week🐾
We enjoy exercise, trying new pubs and restaurants, weekend walks with Daisy and Nelly, and socializing with friends and family. While we love our flat and enjoy occasional socializing, we also value a peaceful and tidy home environment.
About You:
We’re ideally looking for a female professional who is kind, considerate and happy living in a quieter household with a baby. Someone independent who enjoys having their own space would be a great fit.
Our ideal housemate would be…

- Non-smoker preferred

We would also be very happy to consider a Monday–Friday lodger, which could be ideal for someone working in London during the week and returning home at weekends.
