My partner and I are looking to rent a large double room in a beautiful home! The room has lots of natural light and comes fully furnished with built in mirrored wardrobes, storage eaves , a large desk and large flat screen mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is newly decorated and features a large walk-in rainfall shower.

You will also have use of a modern kitchen with an open plan dining room, as well as an outdoor balcony with outdoor sofa and chairs.

Included in the cost is a cleaner who will come twice a month to clean the communal areas. All other bills (water, electricity, council tax, electricity, gas) are included in the rent.

This top floor flat is located 2 mins walk from South Wimbledon Tube (Northern Line, Zone 3) and 15 min walk from Wimbledon Station (Mainline rail and District Line, Zone 3) and has excellent transport links to the city - you can be in Victoria within half an hour!

It is close to all amenities, with the lively Wimbledon high street a short walk, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Sainsbury's and Tesco are also within a 2 min walk. There are several gyms and Wimbledon Theatre can be seen from the balcony.

You will be sharing with me and my partner - a friendly and professional couple who both work full-time. We are both clean and tidy, and we have joint custody of an adorable 5 year old cockpoo called Nelly, who stays with us 3-4 days a week (dog share with family!). She is totally hypoallergenic and extremely friendly. We enjoy exercise, trying new pubs and restaurants, weekend walks with Nelly, and are out socialising lots with friends and family.

We love our flat and want to someone who is chilled out and tidy.
