Double room in female flat, South Wimbledon

Hey!

We are Lauren (28) and Sarah (30) and we are looking for a female housemate to move into a downstairs double room in our lovely flat share in South Wimbledon. Our current housemate is leaving to move with her partner.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and looking to be a friend as well as a housemate. We are looking for someone with a Mon-Fri work schedule who is mostly office based.

Lauren works in the charity sector and works from home 2 days a week. She likes all things sport and plays netball. During the weeknights, you’ll mostly find her cosied up on the sofa binging trash tv with a cuppa! On the weekend she likes heading out and about with friends, finding good coffee spots or seeing musicals/going to gigs.

Sarah is a teacher and moved to the Uk from Aus over two years ago. She likes to be out, exploring, and meeting new people. She loves to travel! During weekdays, she often attends board game groups and loves to wind down with reality tv.

It’s a chilled and relaxed house, no big parties but we do like to host friends for dinner or have bbqs in the summer.

It would be great to find a housemate who is looking to make a house a home.

The contract renews on the 28th October. At the moment bills are about £130 each. Rent is £770 a month.

The room is a double downstairs in the flat. There is a downstairs bathroom which the room primarily uses as well. There’s a nice open plan kitchen\living space and we also have a lovely garden.

The flat is an ideal location just an easy 5 min walk from South Wimbledon station or 12ish minute walk into lovely Wimbledon. It’s a nice place to live and we’ve always felt very safe, even walking home from the tube late at night.
