Hey potential housemate,
Have a massive en suite room available in our shared house in South Wimbledon. Includes a large double bed, en suite bathroom and mini balcony.
It's a four bed house literally a 2 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line). We have a good sized garden as well as a fair sized shared kitchen and sitting area.
You'll be living with myself (24) another girl (25) and a guy (30). We're all professionals who work 9-5 in the office with the occasional WFH day. We get on really well but largely do our own thing.
We're ideally looking for a bloke so that we can maintain the current dynamic of the house. Someone, clean, considerate and good craic would be ideal.
