Peaceful double room in friendly houseshare

Hello,

We have a lovely small double room available in our 4- bedroom houseshare in South Wimbledon. Our house is tucked away from the busy roads and situated on a peaceful residential street. The double room available is on the south facing side of the house allowing for plenty of light. Just outside the room you have your own snug area with a wall of built-in wardrobes. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, however a double bed and wardrobe can be provided if required.

You will be sharing the house with three professional ladies in our 30's and early 40s and one rescue Cat. We are all non smokers. We get on well together and enjoy socialising in the evenings, and occasionally cook together at the weekends. We are very considerate of each other and keep the place quiet, clean and tidy so that it is a calm place for us to unwind after a hectic day at work. We are looking for a like minded person (non smoker/ non Vaper) who would be interested in becoming apart of our home.

Our house is a great size, it has a spacious bright living room, with separate long entrance hall with plenty of storage. Kitchen is at the rear of the house with views over the back garden. It has all the mod cons, inc washing machine, oven, air fryer and microwave.

We are in an excellent location right in between two underground stations, mainline train and tramline.

7 min walk to South Wimbledon underground (Northern Line)
12min walk to Wimbledon Station (National Rail, District Line and Tram)
4 min walk to Tram stop

We have so many beautiful parks nearby and only a short walk away to the High Street with plenty of shops restaurants and bars. Wimbledon quarter shopping centre is only 12min away and Wimbledon village 25min.

The room is available from 30th May.
