We have a spacious double room available in our home in South Wimbledon. We’re a short walk from South Wimbledon Station for the Northern line and around a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Station for the District line, trains and tram links.

The house has a good-sized open-plan living room and kitchen, a shared main bathroom plus an additional downstairs toilet, and a beautiful sunny garden which is perfect in the summer.

The room itself is bright and overlooks the garden. It includes built-in shelves and a hanging rail, and comes furnished with a small double bed and mattress.

Bills are currently £121pp per month, which includes council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence and internet.

About us:
We’re currently a household of 3 professionals in our 30s — Alex, Hannah and Ross. Alex and Hannah have lived together for several years and enjoy things like theatre trips, gigs, kitchen catch-ups and movie nights. We’re sociable while also respecting each other’s space and independence, and we’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room.

Ideally we’re looking for a woman who’s friendly, clean, considerate and easy to live with to join the house.

Tenancy & deposit:
The tenancy is on a rolling contract. The deposit is one month’s rent (£795), protected in the tenancy deposit scheme, and payable to the leaving tenant.
