I am looking for new tenants who can replace my current Tenancy contract as I am re-locating due to change of school. Ideal Moving in date would be before 14th April 2024
The contract will end by 28th of Feb 2025.

The agency office is based in Wimbledon. The agency will check your credit check, and it needs to be passed in order to pay the rent monthly. If you are students or reference check is not passed, the rent is 6 months upfront.
