Lovely garden view double bedroom in shared house

Hey potential housemate,

Have a lovely garden view double room available in our shared house in South Wimbledon. Includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

It's a four bed house literally a 2 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line). 15 minute walk to Wimbledon station (overground and District Line). We have a good sized garden as well as a fair sized shared kitchen and sitting area.

You'll be living with myself (25), and two guys (30 & 33). We're all professionals who work 9-5 in the office with the occasional WFH day. We get on really well and like to have chit chats in the kitchen/go for the odd pint.

We're ideally looking for another girl so that we can maintain the current dynamic of the house. Someone, clean, considerate and good craic would be ideal.
