Additionally, there's a large Sainsbury's and an Aldi within a 10-minute walk, and numerous buses into Wimbledon centre and surrounding areas just outside the station.
The house is double-glazed and neutrally decorated throughout, featuring an open-plan lounge/dining area with two sofas. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, complete with a washing machine and dishwasher. A south east-facing back garden with a table and chairs, along with a shed for additional storage, adds to the property's appeal. There's also a downstairs cloakroom.
We're seeking a non-smoking single person to rent the room.
The current housemates are in the office during the week most of the time. We are looking for someone who doesn't work from home all the time and is up for socialising/a drink.
