We have a two bed flat in Wimbledon five minutes from South Wimbledon Station where the Northern line runs 24 hours on the weekends, 10 minutes from Haydons Road where you can catch the Thameslink and then 10 minutes away from Wimbledon where you can catch the District line, South West trains and the trams.

The flat is beautiful with a lot of natural light plus a beautiful low maintenance garden. Unfortunately Gracie has to move back home so we are looking for a flatmate to move in. We have a great friendship and it’s something I’d be looking for in my next Housemate! We go to pub quizzes together, gym and we do love getting dressed up and going out. We also respect each other’s privacy and friends and family are welcome to come visit always. We always replace toothpaste, laundry detergent and toilet paper etc fairly.

We run this house as a team and this is the vibe we’re looking for in a housemate. Our friendship has come from being flatmates we always hype each other up and light up the sage to bring good vibes to this house. The flat is furnished with a hammock in the garden and all the kitchen appliances you could want (Waffle maker, Soda Stream, George Forman, Blender, Air Fryer). We sometimes take it in turns to do a clean or on Sundays sometimes we crank up the music and do a clean party with some bangers, either way we make sure the flat gets a clean every week.
