Double room to rent in South Wimbledon (female)

We are looking for a female tenant to occupy a large double bedroom in our house. The room is furnished with a large double bed with room for storage underneath. Two wardrobes, chest of drawers, side cabinet, mirror, desk and chair.

The property has a living room, separate dinning room (two TV’s and paid TV licence). One large bathroom (shower/bath). Fully-fitted kitchen (appliances: microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). South-facing garden with hot tub and bbq. Parking is available outside with a permit.

We are two friends (Scarlett and Olivia)looking for a housemate/friend to share our easy going and friendly home. Both tenants are professionals, working full time (child therapy and recruitment). Our current housemate is our friend leaving to do a Doctorate. We share responsibilities of keeping the house clean and tidy. We enjoy watching TV together in the evenings and socialising at the weekend. It’s a chilled house, no big parties but we host pres and have our friends round for dinner/bbq (sometimes a dip in the hot tub😂).

The property is located 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube and 10 walk from South Wimbledon tube. It’s a 10 minutes walk to Haydons Road train station and a 15/20 minute walk into central Wimbledon, where you can access the national rail and district line.

We have plenty of supermarkets, gyms and parks within walking distance.

Bills are approximately £130 a month (including council tax).
