Double Bedroom in South Wimbledon!

Hello!

Megan and I are looking for a housemate to join us in South Wimbledon! The house is in a super convenient location; 5/10 minute walk to the Northern Line and 25/30 minutes to Wimbledon overground. There’s also a Sainsbury’s, M&S and Aldi literally at the end of the road.

The house is a three bed and there’s one upstairs room becoming available. Price quoted doesn’t include bills, but bills usually come to just over £100 per month, so about £1050 including bills pcm. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is room to add your own furniture should you wish to do so. We like to keep the house quite tidy and the new housemate would need to be the same.

I work in the NHS so I’m out the house most days and only have the odd day working from home, which I do from my room.

Megan is a primary school teacher so is also out of the house most of the week. She is moving in at the same time to the downstairs bedroom.

I mostly chill in the evening, watching TV and cooking etc. I also like to go to the gym and I also play Netball a couple evenings a week. Also impartial to a bottomless brunch and few gins🍹

We’d like to find housemates who we could socialise and become friends with but also people who have their own lives and space as well. The garden is perfect for summer days/evening BBQs.

The landlord is excellent and we deal directly with him, he always fixes the things we’ve needed really quickly. He will like to meet you beforehand and will require full references etc…

We’d love to meet some likeminded people who would like to live somewhere that feels like a home more than just a rental.
