Effra Road is perfectly located 15 minute walk away from Wimbledon Broadway which has ample shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment such as the odeon cinema.
Amazing spot for transport overground a 6 minute walk, colliers wood (northern line) south Wimbledon (northern line) and Wimbledon (District and overground) all less than a 20 minute walk.
The house has a private back garden and shed which catches the sun in the afternoon perfect for bbqs.
The house currently has 3 other housemates 2 guys, both professionals who WFH and 1 female who flexiworks in Wimbledon. The age ranges between 27-31.
Preferably looking for another female to balance out the house who is respectful of others spaces but also able to have a chat and a drink if everyone is around together.
