Double room in South Wimbledon

Double room to rent in clean friendly South Wimbledon two bed flat, 5 minute walk to South Wimbledon station which has the northern line. Cute shared kitchen living room and bathroom. Sharing with just myself, I am a teacher so am mostly working during the week and like to go to the gym and chill at the weekends. Looking for another female who is clean and tidy. Current house mate is moving out and the room would be available from the 1st of September 😊 bills are not included but come to around 150-200 each month. Nice quiet road but close to the main Wimbledon town and both South Wimbledon and Wimbledon station. There is a shared garden at the back of the property and parking permits available.
