• Annual total crime rate in our area is 116 per thousand population. This is rated as a low crime level. (Anyone who knows me well, knows I love a late night, I have walked back from the station many times in the dark, it is all lit and on a main road.)
• Parking - if you are lucky enough to have a car in London, there is street parking outside the property, you will need to apply for permits with the council
