Double room in a cosy household in South Wimbledon

Hi there!

We’re looking for a laidback and social roommate to move into a double room as our current roommate is moving out to another area of London. We would prefer a guy to keep the balance in the household.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and has a big window that looks out onto our garden. The room is located on the first floor and you will share a bathroom with Enrique, located on the same floor. We have a second bathroom for the girls on the top floor.

We have a lovely living room where we hang out a lot. There is a small spare room which we use as our laundry room. A cleaner visits once a week but each housemate makes sure the house is a tidy place for everyone to enjoy.

We’re a really chill household who enjoy film nights, BBQs in our garden and exploring London together. Your roommates are:
Juliette (32) is from Leeds, works in charity funding and loves being creative. 👩🏻‍🎨
Enrique (42) is from Spain, works in HR and enjoys cycling and swimming. 🚴‍♂️
Alyssa (27) is from Australia, works in healthcare and enjoy travelling and anything outdoors ✈️
Lina (33) is from Sweden, works as a nanny and enjoys travelling and hiking 🥾

Good transportation links with South Wimbledon tube station only a 3 minute walk and Wimbledon train station around 15 minute walk. Connections to Putney with local buses and Croydon with the tram link too.

The room is £850 (bills included). We all have individual contracts with our landlord who we deal with directly and have a good relationship with. The tenancy is initially for 6 months and then you will move onto a rolling contract. The room is available from the 16th Feb but move in date can be discussed.
