I’ve just managed to get onto the property ladder and am looking for a lovely housemate to rent my spare room. Looking for tidy, friendly, respectful - all the usual!
I work for myself and so do tend to spend some evenings working in my room/study . For this reason, my spare room would be suited to someone who is quite independent, although I’d like to think we can also have the occasional dinner together/hang out and be friends. I’m really into food and fitness, don’t tend to go out drinking too much anymore as I just can’t cope with the hangovers!
The property is lovely, with a separate kitchen and living room and shared/communal back gardens. Only a little bit of furniture in your room so far - we can add more 😊
