Welcoming house share in South Wimbledon

We are looking for a new housemate to take a double room within 5 minutes walk of South Wimbledon station and 15-20 mins to Wimbledon station.

The room is fully furnished including bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

We have a large sitting room and kitchen which is great for socialising together as a house. The house has three bathrooms. We also have a lovely south facing garden which is ideal for sunbathing, BBQs and eating outside - which we like to take full advantage of in the summer as it’s a great sun trap.

There is permit parking available directly outside the property.

We are a friendly and sociable house so are looking for someone who fits the group.
