Fantastic part-furnished double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom house, that is less than 2 minutes' walk from South Wimbledon tube (plus, about 10-15 minutes to Wimbledon mainline station, and 13 minutes from the nearest Tram stop!)🚃✨

Furnishing included in the room:

- Bed;
- Built-in wardrobe;
- Bedside table;

The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The other rooms are occupied by us, one as our bedroom and the other is used as our office/guest room.

We have our own en-suite, so the family bathroom would primarily be yours/for any guests that we may have in the spare room from time to time (this happens rarely).

The house has two reception rooms so plenty of room for us to have our own space(!). It also has a nice little garden, with lovely a patio and furniture with side access that would be perfect for storing a bicycle. 🚲

We don't have a desk in the room, but the last person that lived with us did have a desk and worked from home in there, so if you have a desk you could do the same!

The property is available from now until Christmas 2025 (we hosting family at Christmas so need the space from that point on).

We’re a friendly, professional couple who love a balance of home-time and getting out to explore! Joe enjoys watching sports — especially the rugby — while Ashley is passionate about the performing arts and enjoys seeing performances at the theatre when she can.

Joe works as a solicitor and is usually based in the office, while Ashley works in the arts and often works from home. We have a dedicated home office, so any work-from-home time doesn’t spill into the shared living areas!

At home, we enjoy a peaceful, tidy space. We're sociable but respectful of privacy, and we’re looking for someone like-minded to share our space with.
