Double room in fantastic house - 2 mins from tube!

We have a fantastic part-furnished double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom house, that is less than 2 minutes' walk from South Wimbledon tube (and about 10-15 minutes to Wimbledon mainline station).

Furnishing included in the room:

- Bed;
- Built-in wardrobe;
- Bedside table (this is on-order so not pictured!);

The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, and occupied by a professional couple who occupy one of the rooms and use another one as an office/spare. We have our own en-suite, so the family bathroom would primarily be yours/for any guests that we may have in the spare room from time to time.

The house has two reception rooms so plenty of room for us to have our own space(!). It also has a nice little garden, with side access that would be perfect for storing a bicycle.

The room is not best suited for working from home, but you may be able to fit a desk in there to one side of the chimney breast.

The property is available from now until mid/late June 2025 (we are getting married in July next year and need to have the room for visitors).
