Sublet: Big Double room w/Ensuite (Feb 7-March 3)

Big furnished double room with ensuite available from February 7th 2025 - March 3rd 2025 (about 3.5 weeks). Dates could potentially be slightly flexible. All bills includes. Also I can be contacted on phone number via whatsapp 😊

I’m going travelling for about 3.5 weeks and would love to rent out my room for that period for £650 (price may be negotiable). Open to couples/more than one person staying. The location is in South Wimbledon, about a 3 min walk from the South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line), about a 15 min walk to Wimbledon train station (District line and trains),about a 5 mins walk to the tram station (towards Croydon or Wimbledon) and have loads of buses near by as well.

About the room:

The room is large double room with a double bed and an ensuite on the third floor (only room on floor so nice and private) that is furnished. The room would come as is in the pictures (so would still have my stuff in it such as clothes, decorations, bedding, towels ect,) however I’d be able to clear out a set of drawers and also some space so you would have storage as well! All bill are included including wifi. And things like towels, bedding, kitchen appliances ect. would all be there for you to use!

About the house:

You’d be with 3 other girls in the house, all of which are all really chatty, welcoming and friendly!

The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (including the ensuite) with a kitchen with fridge/freezer space, a dishwasher, living room and backyard. You’d have room set aside in the kitchen in the fridge/freezer and the cupboards and would feel free to use anything communal. Theres also on street parking (would need to purchase parking passes). The neighbourhood is really nice and super safe with nice cafes and parks near by!
