The location is in South Wimbledon, about a 3 min walk from the South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line), about a 10-15 min walk to Wimbledon train station (District line and trains),about a 5 mins walk to the tram station (towards Croydon or Wimbledon) and have loads of buses near by as well. Available Dec 20th but can be flexible with dates, ideally no later than Jan 1st 😊
About the room:
The room is large double room with a double bed and an ensuite on the third floor (only room on floor so nice and private) that is furnished.
About the house:
You’d be with 3 other girls in the house (Jas, Mish and Mary), all of which are all really chatty, outgoing, welcoming and friendly- Jas is an OT, Mish a graphic designer and Mary a dog walker. We’re a house that’s LGBTQ+ friendly and are a non judgy environment. The house is truly a home and looking to find someone who wants to be friends rather than roomates: think trash tv, dating girly debrief session, yapping in the kitchen after work with a gossip and hanging out in the living room and going to gigs every so often. Really really looking for someone to match this vibe! I’m. really really sad to be leaving this house/girls and am moving for a change but will be visiting around often hehe xx
The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (including the ensuite) with a kitchen with fridge/freezer space, a dishwasher, living room and backyard. You’d have room set aside in the kitchen in the fridge/freezer and the cupboards and would feel free to use anything communal. Theres also on street parking (would need to purchase parking passes). The neighbourhood is really nice and super safe with nice cafes and parks near by! We also have a neighbourhood cat that we’ve practically adopted/lives in the house so must be okay with cats!
Bills are approximately £100-120a month and we all take responsibility of a bill each. There is also a deposit (around 875 but tbc).
