We’re looking for a girl in her mid-20s to join us in our 3-bedroom house in South Wimbledon, available from the 8th of March. You’ll be living with me (Emiliana) and Zoe, two easy-going friends who work in finance and recruitment. We love drinking wine, watching a good series and having a girly chat! You will need to be tidy, clean, sociable and enjoy a wholesome evening!

🏡 The house
The house has a living room/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a good-sized garden that’s perfect for summer drinks! We have fully furnished the house minus the bedroom you will be renting.

🛋️ The room
It is a large, downstairs room with a wardrobe, shelving unit, cupboards, a mirror and a fireplace (for show) no bed included.

5-minute walk to South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line)
10-minute walk to Wimbledon town centre (easy access to District and Circle lines and train station)
🚗 On-street parking available with a permit

💸 Costs
£917pcm for rent and furnishings (1-year)
Fixed bills: around £100 per person
Gas and electricity: around £50 per person - dependant on metre reading
