Massive Double Room 3 min from Northern Line

Hello!! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my massive room in lovely Wimbledon 🙂 I really love this place and the location but am having to move for work.

The house is a 3 bed, sharing with 2 girls (one actor/singer, one wfh girly with a love for theatre and the arts). The house has a shared living room, kitchen and small back garden. We are less than 5 min walk to South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) and 12min walk to Wimbledon mainline station (District Line and trains to Surrey etc) also a tram stop is about 5 min away.

Rent is £790pcm +bills and room will be available from end of March. Deposit is about £911 (can dig out the exact figure)
