Hey guys! We have a room available in our house from the 07/10!
About the house:
🏡 Three-Story House with Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom on each floor!
🪴Big open kitchen with two fridges, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave!
🛋️ Two Separate cosy living areas, one with a big dining table.
🔪 Our kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and cutlery!
👩🌾 A big south facing garden (perfect for BBQs in the summer).
About the Area:
⛲️ Plently of local parks and green area in the area
🛍️ We are right next to a big Sainsburys, a little Sainsburys and a big M&S.
🚂 We are about a 7 minute walk to South Wimbledon, and Colliers Wood station (northern line), and a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon station (District and National Rail)
About the Room:
🛌 The room is one of the smaller ones in the house, which is very reflective in the rent! It comes with a big double bed, and a three door wardrobe.
🪴There may be space for a small desk at the edge of the bed, but because of the lack of space we would’ve advise anyone who is a WFH to occupy the room.
🫶🏻 If you have any larger items, we can accommodate by giving you some storage downstairs!
About the flatmates:
🕺🏼You’ll be living with myself, Jed and a third roommate (who we still haven’t found yet!). Me and Jed have been roommates four years now, and we would love to find other house mates to befriend!
👩🏼🏫 About me: I’m 25, and I’m about to start my English PGCE in September! I love exploring new places and trying new coffee shops. I’m from Newcastle, and moved to London six years ago, so I’m always looking for new adventures to try here!
🧑🏻🎨 About Jed: Jed is 28, and works in a pub in central. He works shifts so he’s out a lot during the nights. Jed is very artistic, and enjoys doing his artwork!
About our new roommates:
🧹We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy so we can keep the communal areas lovely!
☕️ We value privacy and alone time, but we are also very sociable and would love to find somebody who we can have a cup of tea and a catch up with downstairs!
