Double En-suite Available in Wimbledon Flat!

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take the second double room in my gorgeous Wimbledon flat (7 minutes to South Wimbledon station on the Northern Line, or Wimbledon Mainline & District). My wonderful housemate is moving home in December, so the room’s available from 15th December (flexible for January if needed).

A heads-up: the flat will go on the market in March 2026, with the aim of completing by July. That means viewings from March onwards. That said, I plan to stay in the area, so if we get on, a future buddy-up could be on the cards!

The room is a bright en-suite double with a wardrobe, bed and bedside table. A chest of drawers can stay for a small extra cost, and I’m open to unfurnished if preferred. There’s plenty of space to WFH if needed.

The flat itself is a split-level maisonette with two bathrooms (yours exclusively) and a little terrace, a sun trap in summer, but honestly it shines most in winter. I’m a fairy-light enthusiast and definitely not a “big light” person, so bonus points if you feel the same.

About me: I’m 33, work in the life sciences sector, and moonlight as a musician (singing strictly in my room!). I love cosy sofa evenings with wine, films, and the occasional shared meal, but I also value personal space. It’s a relaxed, sociable home definitely not a party house.
