A large double room is available in our sociable female houseshare in South Wimbledon. The room is available from 28 October, but the move-in date is flexible.

The house has three bedrooms. The available room is upstairs, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. You will share the upstairs bathroom with just one other housemate, and there is also a second bathroom downstairs. The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and welcoming, and the garden is one of our favourite parts of the house, especially when the bifold doors are open in summer.

Rent is £900 per month, with bills around £138, making the total £1,038.

The location is excellent. It is just a five-minute walk to South Wimbledon station or a twelve-minute walk to Wimbledon High Street and train station. It is a safe, well-connected area, and we’ve always felt comfortable walking home at night.

A little about us: Vicky works at a university in central London and enjoys sport, especially women’s football, going for brunch, catching up with friends, and relaxing with a good series.

You’ll also be living with Rhian, who works in fashion merchandising. She’s into fashion, running, reading, exploring London, and enjoying a glass of wine with friends.

We are a relaxed but social household. We often catch up when we’re home together, watch shows over dinner, or enjoy the garden. It’s the kind of home where you’ll always have the option of company, but also space when you want it.
