We’re looking for a girl in their 20s to take over my tenancy for a double room. It’s a 3 bed flat with 2 other lovely sociable girls! Starting date is 1st December and contract runs until 1st April 2026 (becomes rolling after that).

💸 Costs:
Rent - £773 per month

Bills - £138 per month (can slightly change based on water/ electric usage)

Deposit - £846

📍Location:
South Wimbledon station - Opposite the station (Northern line into central takes 25 mins and always get a seat in the morning!)

Wimbledon station - 15 min walk

The flat is a great location for transport with bus stops directly outside! Close to Wimbledon Village and common. The area feels safe and well connected!

🏠 Flat:
Three bed flat with two bathrooms on second and third floor. Large kitchen, dining and living room on the second floor with bedrooms on the third floor.

🛌 Bedroom:
Large double bedroom on the third floor, the bed and wardrobe come with the room. The rest of mine but happy to negotiate a good price if you want it!

👯‍♀️The girls:
You’d be living with Lucina and Eloise, both in their mid twenties. Lucina is in Marketing and Eloise isa Teacher. Looking for someone that is tidy, easygoing and loves both a chilled Netflix night in and a trip to the pub, but is equally happy to do their own thing!
