Looking for a Flatmate — South Wimbledon

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat just a 5-minute walk from South Wimbledon station.

About the flat:

✨ Bathroom + toilet
✨2 storages

🚫 No balcony or outdoor space (first floor of a small 2-storey building, with a handy off-licence just below!)

📅 Available: I have indicated January 2026 but depending on your availability my current flatmate could be able to move out sooner than that.

👤 About me:
I’m 37, Italian, gay, and work full-time remote in banking. I have many interests including food, music and concerts, travelling.

👤 About you:
I’d prefer to share the flat with another gay/queer person, however, open to hear from anyone. The vibes are important.
Ideally, someone who don’t WFH or do so max 1–2 days a week; since I already work from home that would cause not a great environment.
I want the flat to be a place for socialising (but also respecting own spaces), not only between us but also with friends (this includes dinners, parties every so often) but also having the freedom to bring dates or casual lovers.

💰 Rent & bills:
Rent: £700/month

Bills: around £150/month per person (varies with usage — winter can be a bit higher)

Contract runs until May 2026 (will probably switch to rolling due to new bill)
