I’m moving out in Jan 2026 and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
The room is a spacious double with excellent natural light, plenty of wardrobe storage, and loads of space for a desk—ideal if you work from home.

You’ll be joining a friendly, sociable household. I’m genuinely only moving out because I’ll be away travelling in 2026—otherwise I’d definitely be staying.

Rent: £700 pcm

Bills: Approx. £110 pcm

2 bathrooms/WCs, so you only share with one other person

Monthly board-game nights with drinks

Occasional pub trips as a house

📍 Location:

8 minutes to South Wimbledon Station (Northern Line)

10 minutes to Wimbledon Station (District Line, Thameslink, Tram & trains to Waterloo)

Short walk to Wimbledon town centre, with cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S), gyms, and Centre Court shopping centre

Close to cinemas, plenty of takeaway options, and nearby green spaces

Will be available from Jan 2026.

Just for clarity this would be a full tenancy agreement transfer as i would not be moving back in.
