Hi, we are moving out of our 2 bedroom flat and are looking for tenants to replace us and take over the whole flat tenancy.

It's a really bright flat (with windows on 3 sides), 2 double bedrooms, lounge and separate kitchen.

There are two other flats in the house, all friendly young professionals. There is a huge shared garden at the back which is a real perk, this is well maintained by the landlord. There is street parking available via a permit from Merton.

The location is only 5 mins walk to South Wimbledon tube (northern line), 15 min walk to Wimbledon station (district line, national rail and trams). There's a 24hr petrol station at the end of the road and lots of small shops nearby so it's very convenient.
