I have a charming loft room available in my cozy cottage in Wimbledon! Nestled in a peaceful, leafy conservation area, the house is situated on a tranquil lane in a secure and quiet neighbourhood. I live here full time so you'll be sharing the house and its facilities with me.
The room is only available from Monday-Thursday/Friday but there might be a degree of flexibility on this and the rent will reflect the amount of time you're here.
I like the odd night out like the rest of us but really this is a quiet house in an exceptionally quiet area so I'm looking for someone who will be respectful to that.
No working from home I'm afraid, as I need the space myself. The bathroom is shared and please bear in mind that the steps up to the loft are very steep so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
The wifi is limited and there is no TV so please bear that in mind!
