Room available in a friendly 4-bed girls house

Hey, we’re looking for a girl in her mid-twenties to take over a room, as our housemate is moving for work.

We’re 3 British girls in our twenties (25, 25 & 28) working in law, consulting & research. We work hybrid but are largely in the office. We became friends through this house last year & are looking for another friendly housemate! We have our own busy schedules, but love a catch-up, occasional TV, and arranging meals & activities together.

The house is great, especially for the price! There’s so much space, a lovely garden, and 2 bathrooms - you would largely get the downstairs one to yourself.

We like to keep our home clean & cosy and are looking for someone who wants the same. We’re respectful, tidy up after ourselves, and fairly split the weekly cleaning of shared spaces & garden maintenance in summer.

We’re located in a lovely green suburb area with several nearby parks and great transport links. South Wimbledon station (Northern line) is ~13 minutes’ walk, and Wimbledon High Street is the same (District line & trains).

Rent: £825 pcm (not inc. bills)
Bills: Currently £165 for everything

Lease: Taking over the previous tenant’s lease, which runs until 1st of May 2026 - we’re likely to renew. We have a good landlord & rent through an agency.

The room: Located on the ground floor at the front of the house. It has the best WiFi in the house. The room is unfurnished but comes with both wardrobes. Additional furniture in room may be available at reasonable price. The rest of the house is already furnished.

Cat: Btw there’s a friendly cat that visits, so this is probably unsuitable for anyone with allergies.
