Spacious, friendly houseshare with garden

Unfortunately our housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone new to join our friendly house share. Available to move in from 1st March 2026.

The House

The house is very spacious. There is a large kitchen/dining room/living room downstairs which has patio doors leading out onto the garden - perfect for a summer BBQ! The kitchen has all the usual things including a dishwasher and loads of storage. There is also an additional living room downstairs which we usually use to dry laundry / store things in but is handy if people have friends over or want some space. This room has an ensuite with a shower, and there is a main bathroom shared between the other three housemates with a bath as well as an additional downstairs toilet.

Street parking is available on our road, you just need a permit from Merton council which is relatively low cost. The road is quiet and a no-through road so it is always easy to park and there is very little car noise.

The Room


This is a spacious room in a loft conversion, so gets limited noise from street level and the rest of the house. There is windows both sides, so it gets sun both in the morning and evenings.
The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a small en-suite with toilet, sink and shower.

The Flatmates

You will be living with Cassy, Keri and Sophie. We are looking for someone friendly, social and tidy to call our house a home. We work full time so like to keep things quite chilled during the week but enjoy hanging out cooking or binging the latest Netflix series. In normal times you will usually find us out and about exploring London or trying out new cuisines.

The Location

The house is under 5 minutes walk from South Wimbledon station (Northern line) and around 15 minutes walk from Wimbledon station (which has national rail, the tram and the district line). There is a very large Sainsburys, M&S and Aldi around 15 minutes walk away and lots of little Sainsburys/Tescos under 5 minutes walk away as well as a park at the end of our road! There are several gyms and a hot yoga studio really close by and a few decent pubs too. Recently we’ve really been appreciating long walks on Wimbledon Common, Morden Hall Park and the Wandle River trail.

There is a deposit of roughly 5 week’s rent, and bills are on average around £130 a month.
