I’m moving in with my partner in late March so my room is up for rent!

The room is super bright and spacious, has its own bathroom for your sole use and comes furnished. The lounge is open plan and has great views of the city with a large balcony which is perfect for spring and summer.

The flatmates are two lovely professional women in their late 20s/early 30s.

The apartment is close to the northern (5 mins walk) and district lines (12 mins walk) as well as plenty of supermarkets, gyms and shops.

Move in costs 🏡

Rent is £950 a month excl. bills these usually come to around £200.

The deposit is £1086.
Room furnishings (bed, drawers, bed side table and heater) included at a one off cost (same as when I moved in) of £887 which you’ll then recoup from the next tenant.
And there’s a tenancy change fee of £50.

Move in is 21 March.
