Modern open-plan kitchen/living space with all appliances & plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom newly updated with power shower (or something?) and decent cupboard space. Private, west-facing patio at rear of house that gets sun morning and night - perfect for evening glass of wine.
Location
10 mins walk to South Wimbledon (Northern line) and 10 mins to Wimbledon (District + National Rail), Tesco & Sainsbury’s within 5 mins, Coffee shops + Centre Court Shopping nearby
The Housemate:
I'm a very friendly easy going guy, looking for someone who isn't going to party hard but doesn't mind the odd wine. I like to cook & will get a bbq at some point soon & will be asking for constant advice on what to put in the patio garden to make it look nice.
I generally work from home, but as I'm a contractor that could change here and there although I also like to occasionally work from a coffee shop.
