Use of a contemporary bathroom just outside the bedroom. This will largely be your bathroom as there are no other tenants.

Shared use of the kitchen/living room/garden which is fully equipped to a premium standard.

Excellent insulation and an air source heat pump with room-controlled underfloor heating. Automated fire suppression system throughout the house except bedrooms.

All bills included, including once a fortnight cleaner.

One parking space on the driveway for an additional £50 per month.
