Large en-suite room for couples

We have a large en-suite room available for a couple in between Morden & Wimbledon.

The room costs £1270 per month for a couple (£635 each). All bills are included (council tax, water, electricity, gas, high-speed wifi).

The room is huge and furnished (we may leave some of our furniture too). It’s on the top floor of a large house and gets lots of natural light, as there are julienne balcony doors with a view of the south-facing garden. The ensuite has a bath-shower. Downstairs, there is a lovely shared living room with 2 sofas and a tv (netflix, amazon prime, etc), and a shared kitchen with 3 large fridge-freezers. There is also a nice garden. You cannot smoke in the house, but could in the garden.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen/living room with 5 other tenants, who are all professionals in their 20s-30s. Everyone is friendly and respectful of each other’s personal space. One of the girls has an elderly dog, who typically stays in her room when they are home and is very quiet.

The location is excellent.
• 10 minute walk to Morden station (northern line).
• ⁠5 minute walk to South Merton station (Thameslink).
• ⁠20 minute walk to Wimbledon station (district line, southern, thameslink, overground).
• ⁠15 minute walk to tram links.
• ⁠Lots of bus stops close by.
• ⁠Lots of large supermarkets within walking distance.

The room is available from the 10th May. You would be officially taking over our tenancy from 1st June. However, I would ideally like to find someone who can move in during May.

The current tenancy is until 31st August, you can then choose to extend the tenancy or leave. Each room is let individually.
