Relaxed Home - Amazing Double Bedroom!

Hello!!

We have a lovely double room available in our home in South Wimbledon. The house has a good-sized open-plan living room and kitchen, a shared main bathroom plus an additional downstairs toilet and a beautiful sunny garden which is perfect in the summer.

The room itself is bright and overlooks the garden. It includes built-in shelves and a hanging rail and comes furnished with a small double bed and mattress.

About us:
We're a household of 3 professionals in our 30s — Alex, Hannah and Ross. Alex and Hannah have lived together for several years and enjoy things like theatre trips, gigs, kitchen catch-ups and movie nights. Ross is a fan of fitness, cooking and wild swimming (currently anyway!).
The ideal person would be clean and just a good human.
Oh, and there's a park up the road which is ideal right now!

Parking is free before 8AM and after 6:30PM, plus all day Sunday. We can help you get a parking permit as well to park outside these times.

Preferences:
Our preference is a female to maintain the house balance and ideally a someone who doesn't eat loads of meat as Ross is vegan.

Bills 💰
Bills are currently £121pp per month, which includes council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence and internet.

Transport 🚂
South Wimbledon tube (Northern line) - super close <5 mins walk

Tenancy & Deposit 📜
The tenancy is on a rolling contract. The deposit is one month’s rent (£795), protected in the tenancy deposit scheme and payable to the leaving tenant.
