Room available in South Wimbledon – late August

Hey everyone, we’re looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in South Wimbledon from late August/early September.

Location: Kingston Road, South Wimbledon
Transport: 2-minute walk to South Wimbledon Station (Northern Line) and a 10-minute walk into Wimbledon town centre. Tennis courts and cricket field 5 mins walk away

The rent is £916 without bills. £1080 with.

The flat has:
* A spacious bedroom (a bed & wardrobe will be required)
* A large combined kitchen & living space
* A nice modern bathroom

You’d be moving into a flat currently shared by two people. We’re both 25-year-old Durham graduates originally from up North. We enjoy playing/watching sports, movies, and having a relaxed social flat. I’m also into cycling, so always happy to have a cycling buddy.
