House Share in Merton Park – 3 Double Rooms

We’re looking for three friendly students or professionals to live in our spacious and welcoming house in Merton Park. Whether you’re a group of friends looking to move in together or individuals looking to meet new housemates, this could be the perfect fit.

The house will be fully furnished and offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a separate downstairs toilet, a spacious kitchen, a cosy living room and a private garden to enjoy. All bills are included, and there’s off-street parking for up to two cars.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Morden Underground Station, you’ll have quick and easy access into Central London via the Northern Line, with local bus routes also close by.

We’re looking for respectful, tidy housemates who will enjoy living in a friendly and relaxed home. Smoking isn’t permitted inside the house, although you’re welcome to use the garden.
