15 Dec small double/single room in chilled flat

Lovely room mate needed from 15 December (few days flexible before if required) to move into our lovely flat, please note this is not a house share.

You'd be living in a small double room. (Room currently has a double bed in so you can see for size, room will be unfurnished)

Just outside the room you have your own storage cupboard/wardrobe and also set of draws. (See picture)

We have a lovely shared living space complete with full amenities. One room has an ensuite so you'd only be sharing the bathroom with one other female housemate.

We have a large balcony and roof top terrace which are both great for Summer!

We (Kim & Lucy ) are two professionals looking for a friendly flatmate to maintain the current balance in our laidback home.

The flat is just a 10 minute walk to South Woodford station which is then only 20 minutes to Liverpool Street and 10 minutes for Stratford.

We like to do our own thing but it is important we can all have a laugh and get on in this lovely chilled flat

Bills are not included but these are approx. £160 a month, this is gas, electric, water, council tax and Sky TV with movie and WIFI and flat shopping.

Smokers are welcome but can only smoke on the balcony and not indoors

The room is not furnished!

Parking is available but will have to be rented from another flat or you can park just up the road where there is no permit.
