I’m wanting to sublet my room due to a fall out between myself and flatmate, feel it would be best to move out and sublet the room until the end of the contract. Please take note, the person that takes this sublet will need to be strong headed to deal with the current flatmate, but saying that she may not have an issue and be quite nice to you. Best for someone who just needs a room to sleep in and be out in the day as there are no furnishings in the living room. Room is fully furnished with a bed, side table and wardrobe.

The sublet would be available from the 3rd of September to the 3rd of November.
Only 10mins walk from South Woodford Station.

Gorgeous flat and massive bathroom with a separate shower and bath.
