Double Room in Spacious House in Southfields

Sadly, I'm moving out of my lovely sunny room in Southfields so we are looking for a lovely new housemate.

A few things about the house:

The house has a large TV lounge and separate open plan kitchen and dining room which opens onto a decent sized garden. The room is on the second floor and there is a shared bathroom with shower. The house is 4 bedrooms but shared between three people, with the 4th room being used as a laundry room / home office / extra storage.

Everyone keeps the house tidy, with an expectation that everyone helps with putting out the rubbish, garden maintenance and similar household chores. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The bills are included in the mentioned price but these will vary.

The location is ideal - about 3 minutes from the high street with all the usual supermarkets (Sainsburys, M&S, Tesco), several great coffee shops and restaurants, as well as The Gym Group. Southfields underground is about a 5 minute walk or Earlsfield overground is about a 15 minute walk. Wimbledon Park is about a 5 minute walk away with access to tennis courts and the lake.

Who you will be living with:

You’ll be living with a South African and Californian professional, who are lovely. We are a social house and tend to get home at the end of the day and have a catch up whilst we cook or watch TV. We are active, gym bunnies and cyclists and although we do socialize together we also lead our own lives. The garden is ideal for house BBQs in the summer!
