The room is very bright and suitable for a responsible single female who is looking for a quiet room.
I am looking for a female lodger to take a double room on 1st floor. Rihab resides in the other double room on the same floor.
THE 1ST FLOOR HAS ITS OWN SEPERATE BATHROOM FEATURING POWER SHOWER. You will be sharing the bathroom with Rihab
who is female and has resided in my home already 1 year.
Rihab works in design and is aged 30 years. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR NOT RISING EARLIER THAN 7AM SHOULD BE OK TO WORK FROM HOME . REFS REQUIRED PLEASE.

About the room:
A bright double room with CENTRAL HEATING comes furnished with a chest of drawers, double bed, and side table. THERE IS VERY AMPLE WARDROBE AND STORAGE SPACE JUST OUTSIDE THE ROOM IN THE CORRIDOR. £550pm/all bills included.

Even if I am a live in landlord, I like my tenants to have their own space. The first floor of the house is for their use only with own bathroom.

THE HOUSE
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine and two fridges.

TRANSPORT
The house is located 5 minutes walking from Southfields station(District LIne) and is also well connected by bus to Wimbledon, Putney and Clapham via 93, 39 and 493 buses.

SHOPS AND GREEN SPACES
There are lots of amenities and grocery stores nearby including a big shopping center(Southside). The area is green and peaceful. Wimbledon Common is a stone's throw away from my house.
