Context:
The room is on the 1st floor of a first and second floor maisonette. There is a large kitchen/diner, plus lovely cosy sitting room and it's own garden.

Area/travel:
The house is a 10 minute walk from both Southfields on the District line, and Earlsfield on the overground into London, so you have the best of both!

Looking for:
Someone professional, fun, tidy and respectful who has their own social life but is also up for a glass of wine at home too!
I am in the office 5 days a week, and ideally don't want someone working from home more than a day or 2 a week.
Bills are seperate - approx £250 p/m, including a cleaner every 2 weeks.
